For Customers in India:

• Once you place an order, we will deliver the kit to the address you have registered with us.
• Sample collection can be done conveniently from the privacy of your home.
• After receiving the kit, please follow the provided instructions to collect your saliva sample.
• Kindly ship the kit to our lab after sample collection. Please note that we do not arrange for sample pick-up services.

For International Customers:

• Standard shipping charges will apply to deliver the kit to the address you have registered with us.
• Once you have collected your sample, please ship the kit to our lab.
• We do not arrange for sample pick-up services.
